Donovan Mediation provides Mediation, Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) and Conciliation services. We also give trainings for professionals who are involved in dispute resolution. We will be commencing our Mediator Training Programme in January 2012.
For the past year and a half St. John Donovan had an association with Mediate Ireland. He has now become independent as a provider of Mediation Services.
"Mediation is a process whereby an independent, neutral Mediator assists the parties to come to agreement through a collaborative process. The Mediator’s role is non-judgmental and non-directive. The Mediator is neither judge nor arbitrator and does not adjudicate or give decisions on the rights or wrongs of the actions of the parties. The Mediator supports the parties in identifying their issues and needs and in exploring how those needs can be addressed and how they might come to agreement.“
I intend to publish an article on some relevant aspect of Mediation on a regular basis. This first Blog is merely to advise of my address and give contact details.
